Welcome to Tracks to Wax. We provide audio mastering for CD, Digital and Vinyl formats, as well as vinyl cutting services.
Our mastering and vinyl cutting takes place in our acoustically treated custom built studio, using high quality monitoring systems, by experienced and qualified vinyl cutting and audio mastering engineers. The aim is to provide a mastering service which maintains the dynamics of your audio whilst effectively increasing the volume to a more commercial level or level that you require. We use a combination of hardware and software tools to do the following: equalise the audio to ensure that playback on any system is consistent, optimise the stereo width depending upon the format it is intended for and maintain dynamic range or increase fullness using both analogue and digital compression techniques.
We can provide mastering and vinyl cutting for single tracks as well as E.P’s and Albums worth of material. With any number of tracks that we work with, we will ensure that they are consistent with one another and as close to the clients needs as possible.
